Describe the sauces
- Sweet BBQ is ketchup-based. Traditional sweet BBQ sauce.
- Tangy BBQ is Sweet BBQ, Spicy Carolina, and Creole Mustard. It is spicier.
- Spicy Carolina Vinegar is made from vinegar, red pepper flake, sugar, and salt. Very Spicy.
